Our mission is to build a bridge between prevention education and the community while also providing assistance for all members of the community who have been victimized by any and all acts of violence.
Focus Areas
Our work in the below focus areas includes sharing information on victim rights; providing emotional support; helping with safety planning; helping victims of violence find shelter and transportation; and notifying victims of inmates’ release or escape. We work alongside other community groups to offer support.
LGBTQ Community
We are an ally of the LGBTQ community and work toward ending discrimination and violence against LGBTQ people.
Human Trafficking
We work toward ending human trafficking in in the community by establishing anti-trafficking education.
Intimate Partner Violence
We are committed to advocacy improving education on intimate partner violence, preventative strategies against domestic violence, and assistance to ensure that victims of abuse achieve safety, autonomy, health, well-being, independence and justice.
